Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 27th, 2026
Welcome to Beeeowl ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://beeeowl.com/ and any related services, including hardware provisioning, software deployment, cloud environments, and secure AI infrastructure (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using Beeeowl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
1. Scope of Services
Beeeowl provides secure, pre-configured environments for deploying and running AI systems such as OpenClaw across a variety of infrastructures, including local devices, private cloud environments, third-party cloud providers, and pre-configured hardware systems.
Our core objective is to simplify the complexity associated with AI deployment while aligning with widely accepted industry practices for system configuration, security hardening, and operational readiness. This includes preparing environments in a manner that reduces setup friction while maintaining a strong baseline of security and performance.
Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Pre-installed and configured software environments tailored for AI execution
- Cloud-based, on-device, or hybrid AI deployments
- Secure configuration, optimization, and environment tuning
- Infrastructure preparation and provisioning support
- Optional ongoing support, updates, and maintenance (where explicitly agreed)
While we strive to deliver production-ready environments, it is important to note that Beeeowl functions as a provisioning and configuration layer. The actual usage, execution, and operational control of the deployed system remain entirely with the user. We do not operate, control, or monitor your environment beyond the agreed scope of setup and configuration.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, pricing models, or delivery mechanisms, with or without prior notice where permitted by law.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to uphold the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding and usage
- Ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and access points
- Refrain from attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, exploit, or compromise any part of our systems or services
You acknowledge that once an environment is provisioned or deployed, you retain full control and responsibility over how it is used, configured, modified, or extended. This includes responsibility for all data processed, stored, or transmitted through the system, as well as any outcomes resulting from its use.
Users are expected to implement appropriate internal controls, monitoring systems, and safeguards based on their specific use cases, especially when handling sensitive or regulated data.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Beeeowl Services in a responsible and lawful manner. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations
- Process, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing on rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance, integrity, or security of any system or service
We maintain the right to investigate potential misuse and may suspend or terminate access if activities are found to be in violation of these Terms or pose a risk to systems, users, or third parties.
4. Security and Infrastructure Disclaimer
Beeeowl is built with a strong emphasis on security and follows widely recognized industry practices, including secure configurations, environment isolation, role-based access control, and risk mitigation strategies. Our approach is designed to provide a strong foundational layer for secure AI deployment.
However, due to the dynamic and evolving nature of cybersecurity threats, no system or infrastructure can be entirely immune to all possible risks. While we implement robust safeguards and align with best practices, users acknowledge that residual risks may still exist in any computing environment.
It is important to understand that Beeeowl's role is limited to provisioning and configuring environments in accordance with established practices. The ongoing security, usage patterns, access control decisions, and operational management of the deployed environment remain the responsibility of the user.
Users are encouraged to implement additional safeguards such as monitoring systems, internal security policies, backups, and access governance tailored to their specific use cases.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, and protect your information. By using Beeeowl, you consent to these practices.
We are committed to minimizing unnecessary data access and exposure. Wherever feasible, deployments are designed to operate independently, with limited or no direct access to user data by Beeeowl.
Users retain ownership and control over their data within their deployed environments and are responsible for managing access, storage, and compliance requirements related to that data.
6. Payments and Billing
All purchases made through Beeeowl are subject to applicable pricing structures, billing cycles, and payment conditions as communicated at the time of purchase.
- Payments must be completed in full as specified
- Subscription-based services, if applicable, may renew automatically unless cancelled in advance
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
We reserve the right to update pricing, introduce new pricing tiers, or modify billing structures at any time, with reasonable notice where applicable.
Users are responsible for ensuring timely payments and maintaining valid billing information.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Beeeowl, including configurations, documentation, designs, and service frameworks, remain the intellectual property of Beeeowl or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for their intended purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
This license does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Beeeowl's proprietary systems beyond the agreed scope.
8. Third-Party Components
Beeeowl Services may incorporate or rely on third-party software, tools, and open-source components such as OpenClaw. These components are governed by their respective licenses and terms.
While we aim to integrate reliable and widely used technologies, we do not control or guarantee the performance, security, or long-term availability of third-party components.
Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable third-party licenses and understanding any associated risks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beeeowl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- System failures, downtime, or performance degradation
- Outcomes resulting from configurations, deployments, or user actions within their environment
Beeeowl provides infrastructure setup and configuration services based on industry best practices; however, the operation, execution, and outcomes of the deployed systems are fully controlled by the user. As such, any consequences arising from usage, modifications, or decisions within the user's environment remain under the user's responsibility.
Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the relevant period.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beeeowl from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Any actions performed within your deployed environment
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Infringement of any third-party rights
This obligation includes covering legal fees and costs associated with defending such claims.
11. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable agreements
- Activities that may create security, legal, reputational, or operational risks
- Non-compliance with payment obligations or contractual commitments
- Requests or requirements from regulatory, legal, or governmental authorities
Termination may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity and nature of the situation. In certain cases, we may also take preventive measures such as restricting access, limiting functionality, or isolating environments to mitigate potential risks.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. Any infrastructure, deployments, or environments provisioned for you will remain under your control unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. You acknowledge that Beeeowl does not retain operational responsibility over such environments post-delivery.
It is your responsibility to back up, secure, and manage your data and systems prior to or following termination. We shall not be obligated to retain, recover, or restore any data or configurations unless explicitly included in a separate service agreement.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise, update, or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technological advancements, legal requirements, or business practices. Such changes may include updates to policies, scope of services, pricing structures, or compliance requirements.
When updates are made, the revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. In certain cases, we may provide additional notice through email or platform notifications where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Services after any such updates constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updates, you are advised to discontinue use of the Services.
We recommend that users periodically review these Terms to remain informed about their rights, responsibilities, and any changes that may impact their use of the Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and legal principles, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The specific jurisdiction and governing framework may depend on factors such as the location of the user, the nature of the engagement, and the infrastructure involved.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts or dispute resolution mechanisms as determined by applicable law.
Where feasible, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussions prior to initiating formal legal proceedings. However, nothing in this section shall limit either party's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.
Users acknowledge that compliance obligations, regulatory interpretations, and legal enforceability may vary across jurisdictions, and it is their responsibility to ensure that their use of the Services aligns with local laws and requirements.
